Oak Cliff Coffee has been providing the people of Dallas with quality coffee since 2009. In their words... "Our philosophy is a simple one: do good work. There are all kinds of work being accomplished in this world, and less and less good work every day. We love coffee, we love to work with coffee, and we love to serve people coffee. When you drink our coffee, we want you to be able to taste the fruits of our labor done well. "Of course, the quality of the coffee itself is central to this, but like most 'good work,' it’s more layered than what lies on the surface, and hinges fiercely upon the people beneath it."

Lucky Layla

Based just north of us in Plano, Lucky Layla produces quality products that have 100% natural ingredients and no added preservatives. We use their raw butter in our butter pecan pop, but Lucky Layla specializes in drinkable yogurts.

Mozzarella Company

Paula Lambert fell in love with fresh mozzarella in Italy and decided to bring the art of cheese making home to Texas. Since 1982, her tiny downtown factory in Dallas has made award-winning cheeses the old- fashioned way – by hand. Using fresh milk and the finest Texas ingredients, Paula and her staff consistently produce cheeses that grace the pages of gourmet magazines and delight the taste buds of cheese lovers across the country. Although the Mozzarella Company now produces almost 200,000 pounds of cheese a year and more than thirty different products, including a blue cheese, butter and a torta of mascarpone layered with pecan pralines, one thing still hasn’t changed: Each and every cheese is made completely by hand. Their cheesemakers practice the art of cheese making to ensure that every bite exceeds your expectations. All of their cheeses are made completely by hand following centuries-old recipes, using the freshest ingredients.
