All of our nutrition information including ingredients are listed on our menu. To see Nutrition Information, click “details” under the Pop Flavor. View your local menu on our website.

All of our pops are made in the same facility. In an effort to prevent cross-contamination we take extra precautions to deep clean all of our equipment and surfaces before the next pop flavor is made. The pops listed below may be found on our menu throughout the year and contain nuts or tree nuts:

  • Amaretto Cream (almond)
  • Butter Pecan
  • Coconut
  • Cashew
  • Carrot Cake (pecans)
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • Divinity (pecans)
  • Fruitcake (pecans)
  • Peanut Butter
  • Peanut Butter Banana
  • Peanut Butter Pie
  • Pistachio
  • Sweet Potato Pecan
  • Vegan Banana (coconut milk/oil)
  • Vegan Chocolate (coconut milk/oil)

All of our pops, including our cookie pops, are typically gluten free!

NOTE: During certain seasonal menus, we do offer two Pop Flavors, Bearded Tomatillo and Sweet Potato Pecan, that contain local beer and thereby not gluten-free. It is always noted on our menu for our customers who avoid gluten.

Currently, we do not offer a pop that is sugar-free. Because we don’t use any artificial ingredients in our pops, this offers some challenges when creating a sugar-free pop that meets our standards. We are currently working on sugar-free/no sugar added recipes and hope to have these options soon!

Yes! For orders of 50 pops or more, we’ll pack your pops and have them ready to go with 24-hour notice. Miss the 24-hour cutoff? No problem! We can prepare pops at the time of your order. You can find more information on ordering and picking up your pops, including discount information for bulk orders, on our website.

Many of our stores participate in local delivery services. Check your favorite service to see if the Steel City Pops location near you is included in their options or call your local store.

Keeping pops frozen involves a lot of factors. We’ve created a blog post to help answer this question. You can read it on our blog.

Yes! You can have a pop cart at your event. You can call your local store to reserve a cart or book online.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible. We do have limited availability and our carts get booked quickly, particularly in the warmer months.

Giving back is definitely something that is important to us. At this time, the majority of our charitable giving is though our partnership with NeverThirst.

In addition all of the proceeds from our Provīd Water sales go to help fund clean water solutions around the world. You can learn more about our partnership with NeverThirst on our website.

Fundraising:

Though we try to maximize our impact by focusing our giving on clean water projects, we love to participate in the community whenever we can. We do offer fundraising opportunities through our cart vending. You can find more information on how our Pops can join forces with your fundraising efforts to help your school/organization here.

You can join our loyalty program at any time! On your next visit to our store, let one of our servers know you would like to join. You can learn more about our Customer Loyalty Program on our website.

At this time, we do not franchise. All of our stores are family-owned and operated. You can read more about why we chose not to franchise on our blog.

At this time, we do not offer our products for wholesale to other businesses.

Under the recommendation of the Health Department, we welcome pets outside our store locations. Many of our stores have pet-friendly patio areas where you can enjoy a pop with your pup.
